Making your reservation deposit and final payment
For SHORT TERM stays of less than 21 days, we require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation.
For SHORT TERM stays the second payment of 50% is due one week before arrival.
For LONG TERM stays of 21 days or more require a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your reservation.The first month rental payment will be due 2 months before arrival. A second payment for the last month of rent will be due one week before arrival. The initial $500 will be held as a security deposit and returned to you upon departure if there a are no damages.
The payments can be made:
- To our Paypal account by Paypal transfer or credit card.
- Transfer to our checking account in the United States.
- Transfer to our bank account in the Dominican Republic.

- 25% 30 days to one week before.
- 0 One week or less before.
For LONG TERM stays of more than 21 days we will have blocked our calendar and lost other potential reservations for a considerable length of time. You will have paid a $500 deposit to hold your reservation which is NON REFUNDABLE. You will have paid a month of rent, 2 months is advance. We anticipate, that two months before your arrival for a long term reservation you will be definite that you are coming. The first month of rent is IS NOT REFUNDABLE as you will be cancelling less than 60 days before arrival..
