Monte Placido Outdoor Gym Fitness Circuit

The double bar allows you to go from a wide to a narrow grip for exercises such as tricept dips, push ups, pike push-ups.
The Low Bar can be used for wide row grip, regular row grip and reverse row grip as well as other exercises.
