Monte Placido Outdoor Gym Fitness Circuit

Wake up to exercise in the beauty on nature with the Monte Placido fitness circuit. For your total body workout we offer a Pull-up Bar, a Park Bench, A Double Bar and a Low Bar as well as assorted wooden weights. Strengthen your cardio walking up our hill with some squat sits along the way!

Pull-up Bar

The Pull-up Bar has an adjustable height and level. There are hanging rubber straps. It can be used for many exercises:

The Park Bench is very versatile. Below are some suggested moves:

Double Bar

The double bar allows you to go from a wide to a narrow grip for exercises such as tricept dips, push ups, pike push-ups.

Low Bar

The Low Bar can be used for wide row grip, regular row grip and reverse row grip as well as other exercises.
