Included in your short term stay of less than 21 days,

  • Fiber Optic Internet and TV with and Amazon stick.​
  • Maid service once a week. The maid will help maintain your home.She does not wash personal laundry or wash personal dishes.
  • Electricity, back up generator, cooking propane.
  • Fully equipped kitchen - dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
  • Kitchen appliances - coffee maker, microwave, blender.
  • Bed and bathroom items - Sheets, pillows, bed covers, towels. .
  • Towels and sheets changed once during your week stay.
  • Lock box.
  • Disposable items (enough to get you started) napkins, sponge, dish soap, garbage bags, matches, bath soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Once you use up your supply it is up to you to buy your own disposable items like toilet paper and garbage bags.
  • Access to a washing machine and clothes line for drying.
  • First 5 gallon bottle of water is free. Bottles available to purchase for 80 pesos.

Not included in your long term stay of more than 21 days.

 For long term stays of over 30 days you will be receiving a considerable discount. We include the same amenities as in a short term stay with only two exceptions.
  • We do not include cooking propane. We will have a replacement tank you can purchase or you can bring your empty tank to a propane station to refill.
  • You will have a stock of 2 bath towels per person. It will be up to you to wash your own towels. If your towels are stained and damaged it is up to you to buy replacements.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival so we are present to greet you. If you would like to check-out after 11:00 AM simply ask and we will try our best to be flexible.

Magnificent Views and Ocean Breeze

All of the units (except Flora) have private terraces facing the ocean with spectacular views. Located on a mountain top, the lovely trade wind breezes not only keep the homes cool but also ensure very few mosquitoes. We have one bedroom in LILY and one bedroom in MARI with air conditioning. The air-conditioner is metered an additional charge (15 per kw). To receive the control we require a $200 dollar deposit. All other rooms have fans - no air-conditioning. ​
